Our Approach
Conservation requires captive breeding and an ark’s approach to keeping herpetofauna. We strive to produce and keep animals that allow the natural world into homes through our glass boxes of terrariums.

Meet the Team
Who are we?
Jason Juchems
Graduate of Bradley University and Saint Xavier University, Jason is a public school administrator with over 20 years of experience in formal and informal education. During his undergraduate studies, Jason worked as a Keeper and Education Intern at Wildlife Prairie State Park in Peoria, Illinois. He served as the 2005 and 2008 President of the Central Illinois Herpetological Society.
Jason was a speaker at 2012 American Frog Day in Chicago, IL and the 2014 National Amphibian Expo in Indianapolis, IN. Jason was a 2013 and 2014 Reptile Report Nominee for Amphibian Breeder of the Year.
The Family
This has become a family adventure as the kids enjoy being “keepers” of the family zoo.
